I AM A SINGLE MOTHER OF A 11YR OLD DAUGHTER AND HER FATHER WAS KILLED THIS PASSED JANUARY (2006) BY A DRUNK DRIVER AND IT HAS BEEN REALLY HARD FOR ME TO GET BY SINCE THEN. I AM TRYING ALSO TO FIND A LAWYER TO HELP ME TAKE THIS CASE BUT I CAN'T SEEM TO FIND ONE. AT THIS TIME I AM WORKING RIGHT NOW BUT IT SEEMS LIKE I CAN NEVER GET AGAIN BECAUSE I DON'T MAKE THAT MUCH MONEY. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO APPLY FOR LOANS BUT BECAUSE I DON'T HAVE A BANK ACCOUNT THAT ARE TURNING ME DOWN. I ALSO TRY AND GET SOME HELP FROM THE GOVERMENT BUT THEY ARE TELLING ME THAT I MAKE TOO MUCH MONEY. CAN'T SEE HOW!! SO IF THERE IS ANY ONE THAT CAN HELP ME OR KNOWS OF ANY INFORMATION THAT WOULD HELP ME I WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE IT. WELL I JUST GOT MORE BAD NEWS THAT MY LANDLORD IS RAISING MY RENT $100- ALSO I HAVE TO GIVE THE LADY UP STAIRS HALF OF THE ELECTRIC BILL AND IT RUNS ABOUT $75 TO $90 A MONTH SO I HAVE TO PAY HALF OF THAT. I REALLY DON'T KNOW WHAT I AM GOING TO DO NOW BECAUSE I AM JUST GETTING BY NOW. I JUST FEEL LIKE GIVING UP SOMETIMES BECAUSE WHEN IT SEEMS LIKE THINGS ARE GETTING BETTER FOR ME SOME THING COMES UP AND IT FEELS LIKE A BOMB HIT ME. I AM JUST GOING CRAZY. WELL SINCE THE LAST TIME I WAS ON HERE I HAVE BEEN GOING THROUGH SO MUCH I FINALLY MADE THE DECISON TO MOVE OUT BECAUSE THE LANDLORD IS NOT DOING HIS JOB AS A LANDLORD AND HE STILL WANTS TO RAISE THE RENT AND ITS GOING TO COST ME MONEY TO GET A LAWYER TO FIGHT HIM AND EVEN IF I FIND A CHEAP OR FREE LAWYER I JUST DONT HAVE THE TIME RIGHT NOW BECAUSE I WANT TO TRY AND MOVE BEFORE IT GETS COLD OUT AND THE WEATHER GETS BAD. THE PROMBLEM IS I AM GOING TO NEED HELP WITH A DEPOSIT FOR THE APARTMENT I AM LOOKING AT. THE RENT IS $800- WHICH I HAVE. BUT THEY NEED A 1 1/2 MONTH DEPOSIT ($1200-) SO THAT IS A TOTAL OF $2000- TO MOVE IN FOR NOVEMBER AND THAT IS GOING TO BE A LITTLE HARD FOR ME TO DO. IF THERE IS ANYONE OUT THERE CAN HELP ME WITH A LOAN (WHICH I WILL GLADLY PAY IT BACK IN TIME) OR ANY INFORMATION ON WHERE I CAN GET ONE I WOULD REALL APPRECIATE IT FROM MY HEART. GOD BLESS YOU ALL FOR AT LEAST TAKING THE TIME OUT TO READ THIS. THANKS AGAIN!!
